I was very disappointed with customer service after using their paint, I tried to seek help from their Facebook page, my post did not get approved as it was a negative comment about the many coats I needed and still not cover. It was like silicone with tint of colour. 7 coats really!!!
I had to comment on someone else’s post for it to be seen! When I got a private inbox msg asking if the paint looked different!! Nothing since to acknowledge or rectify or explain reasons.
How are others supposed to learn from a negative experience.
I won’t be using again!
Would not use this paint again. I found it very thin and had to paint 5 coats for coverage I left my cupboard doors dry for 3 weeks before reassembling, however the paint has chipped within 3 days of use. Very disappointed ????

I’ve very quickly become a Frenchic addict! I would say the delivery cost bumps the price up a lot by buying it online so think I would stick to my local stockist in future but I honestly couldn’t see myself using any other brand of paint!
Order was straightforward. Delivery was very prompt. Paint was excellent, went on really well, covered bare wood in two coats and plenty left for the next project. Constance Moss, is a very deep rich green and teamed with some gilding creme made for a stunning transformation.
Bought sage paint for my front door ,and grey for my kitchen ,really happy with both paints ,tin goes a lot further than any paint I’ve bought before ,and thick not runny thin
Great product would definitely order again. Order took longer than usual due to COVID which was expected however just a more up to date delivery tracker would be ideal. Aside from this great product, painted our door and it looks lovely ????

Delivery took so long we got fed up with waiting and used another product.
Found it hard to understand why it took so long to get to us as other companies take far less time and some even have next day delivery??
This paint is fantastic, I started with a small table to see, then went on to do all the cabinets in my living room, correctly prepared, paining was a dream, I’m so pleased with the finish.
As we were told delivery was within 10days.
Paint was easy and economical to use.
Finished result was good to.
Great product but the delivery and service was far too slow- how can it takes 2 weeks AND cost a fortune to send something?

Really nice paint, easy to apply, at least two coats needed applying, but really easy and no smell! The colour is lovely, and the top coat is quick drying and gives it a lovely shine finish, not glossy!
Really pleased. The only down point is about the delivery cost, should be next day delivery for the cost.
Excellent paint, colour exactly as described and coverage good. Delivery speedy and kept informed.
